Inside was very clean. Outdoor sitting area was dirty and not at all maintained. I would have enjoyed sitting outside otherwise. All the mattresses were terribly uncomfortable and squeaky. The upstairs furniture was pieced together- springs in the couch broken, coffee table was wobbly. It was all clean though. Kitchen had everything I could possibly need as did the restroom and laundry facilities. WiFi worked well. Lots of clean linens-very nice. Downstairs couches were very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood was quiet and family friendly with sidewalks. I would say I would stay there again if not for the back breaker mattresses.
