This property is well kept and and I would say for the most part we had a positive experience. The Pros: great location in the Poconos area. Only about 30 minutes from Jim Thorpe, Jack Frost Ski resort down the street. The home was clean and they provided towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable, has a cozy fireplace and smart TVs.
The reason I didn't give it five stars is because we weren't provided with what I consider some basic supplies. We were not provided with hand soap or body soap. We weren't provided with sufficient toilet paper either. For the amount of time and the amount of people staying with our reservation we didn't have enough. We ran out of toilet paper and ended up needing to use paper towels (ouch!).

As our weekend visit was not during a busy time of the year, so it was nice, quiet and relaxing. Beautiful home, the fireplace was a lovely addition as well. I would recommend bringing additional blankets for snuggling up on the couch, as there were no extra blankets in the house. Otherwise, very clean and well kept.
It was only 30 minutes away to Jim Thorpe for shopping, hiking… and some lovely local restaurants, as well. Breakfast at Chat and Chew, right down the road, was great and fabulous service!
The house is located in walking distance from the mountain Jack Frost , which can be good or bad, depending on what you are looking to do while visiting:
Overall, I highly recommend this rental, I was very satisfied.

We stayed here for a weekend for our 10 yr anniversary. It was quiet, peaceful and cozy. Our kids didn't want to leave and they loved the game closet. It was rainy when we stayed so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the deck outside. We would love to come back for the Holidays with more family!
