Cozy cabin - near lake and skiing

Come enjoy the beautiful Pocono Mountains at our chalet style cabin. In ideally situated Lake Harmony, one of the only power boat lakes in the Pocono Mountains.

Our cozy chalet style cabin is perfect for a family get away or a trip with your close friends. Our home features 2 first floor bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with twin bunk beds, as well as a spacious sleeping loft which can accommodate up to 4 (1 Queen and 2 twin). Bed linens and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen has newer stainless / black appliances including an electric glass range and oven, full size refrigerator and microwave which are great for cooking any type of meal. Inside the cabin the main room boasts a lovely gas fireplace to keep you warm on cold Pocono nights without the hassle of firewood. In better weather, the backyard has a fire pit with plenty of room for all to sit around (including lighting for nighttime and outdoor Adirondack style chairs), a propane gas grill (propane provided), and a dining table allowing you to maximize your time enjoying the outdoors.

Both the main room and the first-floor bunk room have TVs with Amazon fire sticks installed OR bring your own casting device (500 mps internet provided). If you’re looking to unplug take advantage of the many board games and decks of cards (large number of poker chips).

Plenty of parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway. Parking on the street or outside of the driveway area is prohibited.

Walk less than 5 minutes to Lake Harmony where you can put in your own Kayaks, Canoes or Paddle boards.

Take advantage of the skiing/snowboarding at nearby Jack Frost Ski Resort (5.6 miles) or Big Boulder Ski Area (2.5) , Camelback Mountain Resort (22.6 miles), Blue Mountain (25.3 miles).

Enjoy a round of golf at Jack Frost National Golf Club (4.5 miles) or Split Rock Golf Club (1.8 miles).

Go hiking in nearby Hickory Run State Park (11.8 miles), Lehigh Gorge State Park (21.5 miles), or Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area (6.6 miles)

Enjoy a day at the water park at Great Wolf Lodge (23.2 miles), Kalahari Resort (17.2 miles), CamelBeach Mountain Waterpark (21.8 miles), or H2Oooohh Indoor Waterpark (1.7 miles)

Hit the beach for a swim or to build a sand-castle at Hickory Run State Park (11.8 miles) or Beltzville State Park and its 525 feet of beach (20.1 miles) – Both have snack bars.

Take in a first run movie, go bowling, or hit the arcade at Spit Rock Resort (1.7 miles)

Have a day of family fun by playing a round of Mini, hitting the arcade, using the batting cages, driving a bumper car, firing paint balls at their paint ball targeting shooting, jumping on a trampoline or hitting their driving range at 940 Golf n' Fun (10.4 miles)

Have a meal out at one of the restaurants: Split Rock Lodge (1.7 miles), Nick’s Lake House (0.7 miles), Sunset Green (1.8 miles), Piggy's (0.8 miles), Hog Heaven Ice Cream (0.8 miles), Shenanigans (0.8 miles), Louies Prime (1.0), Boulder View Tavern (1.6 miles) or Terra Cottage Café (0.8 miles)

Rent Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Stand-up Paddle Boards, Tube Rides, Canoes, Row boats, Lake Cruise, Pedal Boats, Pontoon Rides from either Yeti Water Sports (0.7) or Lake Harmony Water Sports (0.8).

Catch a race at the Pocono Raceway (5.8 miles)

There is something for everyone near our bit of heaven in the mountains.

Video surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home (all entrances, the backyard, the driveway, and the streets). Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Any additional guests beyond those in your reservation request will result in an additional $50person/night fee.

Maximum Occupancy for code reasons is 8 persons (5 Adults).

NO EXCEPTIONS/NO PROMS: MIN. 2 NIGHTS (WEEKDAYS OR WEEKENDS). MOST HOLIDAYS HAVE 3 NIGHT MIN.
