House could use some updating but overall, we had a good time. Hot tub is large with a great view of Boulder Mountain. Hot tub did not have any chlorine in the feeder.

I will say for the price this place was ok.
Many broken things like the front screen door. We couldn’t leave the screen door open because there was no screen- just open to the outside. Clearly they don’t want to invest any money in the home, inside or out. Kitchen drawers broken, extremely old pots, pan spatulas etc.. This house just needs work all around—paint, furniture and lighting upgrades to start. It was nice that linens and towels were included.
