About the Area: - The home is located in Towamensing Trails. - It’s a private residential community with a beautiful 190-acre lake, wooded and rustic feels - One-Stop Activities: Outdoor pool and chill out at the recreational center with pavilion, lounge, and a snack bar (Clubhouse Towamensing) - Fishing is allowed with a PA Fishing License. Home Truths: - Fireplace is currently out of order and cannot be used - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - 8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. A wristband must be worn on the wrist at all times when using community amenities. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - There is a strict no open fire and no fireworks rule in this community, and fire pits are not allowed. - Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. - This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor. - This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community. While it is not gated, registration is required before check-in. We will provide more details about this requirement once your reservation is confirmed. - Please note: The communal pool will be closed after the Labor Day weekend. Parking Details Parking is in the driveway and can hold about 5-6 vehicles. All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Queen bed Bonus Room / Twin over twin bunk bed. Loft / Twin and trundle --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
