We had an amazing experience! The owner contacted me before and after our stay. She wanted to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Her villa is stunning. It is clean, freshly painted and beautifully decorated.
Shanice was kind and helpful. We had a problem with the water heater on our first night. She was quick to respond and got everything repaired by the next morning.
I would definitely rent this villa again!

We booked this villa for our very first spring break trip- it was such a nice house, and great location in the resort. Easy to check in and communicate, and we really want to book this for the next trip to Myrtle beach! 🎉

My family has stayed at this property twice. This villa is immaculate. It is located on a perfect corner lot in a gorgeous up scale private community. Having two floors, each with a bedroom and full bathroom makes it so comfortable for larger families. My husband and I stayed upstairs, allowing our three teenagers the privacy of the first floor. It is modern, clean, and has that beachy ambiance. The balcony is spacious enough to have outdoor meals with a beautiful scenery. It is an easy walk to the beach, or you can take advantage of the complimentary shuttle. Lastly, the owner is wonderful and kept in touch with me throughout my stay any time I had questions. We will undoubtedly stay here again.
