**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. We were there for our son’s wedding on the beach at the resort. Great place to stay. Nice location. The back patio was very nice for our morning coffee. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The property was beautiful and in a perfect location for the beach. The townhome was quiet and a short walk to the beach. We had an issue with the garage the first night and it was handled immediately, which we appreciated.My only bad experience was trying to receive the free entertainment coupons. I texted the number provided at the property three times with no response - I didn't raise with the owner, but it needs to be fixed.

The unit was great, centrally located and good size. The cleanliness was just okay and the porch area in the back wasnt really usable because of leaves all over and backyard not being maintained.
