About this house rental
**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental
- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants
- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

Beautiful home in a great location. Host was very responsive. Loved the privacy of a home with the resort amenities. Pools are great and we really loved how close the beach was making it super easy to bounce back and forth!

The house was amazing just like the pictures only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, it dents down in the middle and I saw a few

Strip mall property management company, open a few hours per day, cannot check-in until 4pm and they close at 4:30, checkout at 11 and they open at Noon. Communication is not through VRBO app...it's through iTrip. VRBO states to only communicate through the app. House was beautiful and clean. Do not expect extras at the house though...there are no supplies (like coffee, salt, pepper, shampoo, etc.) Fees were over $250 tacked on during checkout. You can find a better place. Keep looking!
