We returned to this place for a 2nd time. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, kitchen is limited but worked for us.

My family was in Austin for a graduation so we didn't need anything super fancy, we just wanted a place to stay that was comfortable and easy to live in. This house fit the bill while also being really nice! It really was a home away from home! We had all of our comforts that we are used to at home, including TVs with Netflix available for our down time. It has a TON of counter space for cooking and has a two car garage that they've kept clear for parking. The local contact, Rodel, was extremely helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay that feels like you are coming home, this is the choice.

This is a large home and has everything you'd need for a vacation. I'll list the positive and negatives.
Positives: Great host, fast communication response times. Everything was in working condition, laundry, stovetop, heat/cooling, locks. Large master bedroom.
Negatives: Unfortunately, there were bedbugs in the Queen room. We notified the host, he had a pest control come over to spray. He washed and cleaned the linens and put back on the bed for us. I think the mattress should have been removed but it wasn't, so we couldn't use that room during our stay and a family member slept on the couch instead. Some of the towels were moldy, and again, the host helped and bought new towels for us.
Possibly have the cleaning person check areas more thoroughly. There were areas that hadn't been cleaned well. I did send the host pictures of that. It worked for our needs, however for the total cost of everything, I believe it should have been in tip-top shape.
