Cypress Fairway Village

Jim is the owner and a great host; friendly, but not intrusive. He provides everything guests may need. We enjoyed coffee in our room before heading into Wimberly to try a new breakfast place each morning. Stored our food in room mini-frig and reheated coffee/food in room microwave. We stayed during a hot, humid, hill country weekend and we were cool and comfortable during the day and night. There was plenty of hot water for showers. We felt safe in the condo, located in a nice neighborhood. Traffic noise was noticed but not disturbing during the morning, day or night. This is a great place to stay if you are in the area as a tourist and you will be using the room for a good night’s sleep. Jim does live on-site as mentioned in description, but we felt this was added security with there being multiple renters. You did have access to a living room/common area and a back porch to view the neighborhood pets or local deer. The room was downstairs and had a locking door and full bathroom. We felt Jim’s rate was very reasonable when compared to other larger rentals. And he offers a one-night stay instead of a 2-night minimum. Our stay was 6/18/2026.

Out by Jacobs Hole just outside city limits of Wimberley. Very quiet complex in a quiet neighborhood. Host met me on arrival and showed me room which had a very comfy bed, private bath/shower and small balcony to sit out in if wanted
