Me gusto la cabaña, tiene bastantes accesorios que te ayudan. Volveria a ir aunque me gustaria que tomaran en cuenta los siguientes comentarios.
Le falta mantenimiento al asador, en el cuarto principal de abajo se sentia frio, por alguna razon no llegaba la calefaccion y en la regadera tenia un goteo que en la noche afecta para dormir, el colchon ya necesita cambio.

2 families stayed here for a ski trip to Sipapu. Everything was very clean and just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have 2 living areas. There were lots of extras—trash bags, foil, laundry detergent, etc. We did have an issue with the middle bathroom toilet—it wouldn’t fill. We called the contacts and they were super sweet and came over immediately but unfortunately could not fix toilet so it wasn’t functional.
A few things to know:
1) It is clean and large but it is a double wide with addition. The area is down a dirt road—if there is a snow storm and you do not have AWD you will likely not get out.
2) There are no stores/restaurants nearby or on road to/from Sipapu. Plan to take all your food.
3) It’s a good 30 minute drive to Sipapu on dry roads.
4) The upstairs addition does not have its own heating system so it gets very cold. They do provide electric blankets but it’s very different temps up and down.
Overall we loved how clean and spacious and comfortable but we would likely not stay again more because of location. I think I would venture to rancho de Taos area.

Lovely home, lovely views on drive in. Not far off the High Road to Taos. In response to reviews saying the community is poor. If you know New Mexico you know that most unincorporated communities tend to be less than affluent. You know that most communities off the beaten path are without a grocery store or restaurants.
That’s the exact thing we look for when visiting NM. If you need those things then get a place in a larger town.
The home itself has plenty of room, is very clean and decorated lovely. The kitchen is more than equipped. There’s no air conditioning but we didn’t need it in mid August, bedrooms have fans. Our trio of teenagers loved the game room. We travel often and regularly stay at vacation rentals. All in all this was one of the very nice ones we’ve stayed in. This was our first experience with Evolve and was pleased with customer service.
