About this cabin rental

This rustic A-frame features large picture windows, wood-burning stove and bamboo flooring (carpet in bedrooms). Surround yourself with crisp mountain air, the gentle sounds of the Arroyo Hondo stream and magnificent starry nights.

A mountain cabin that is a perfect place to escape and enjoy staying in the forest surrounded by aspens, pines, and a wide variety of wild flowers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mindy’s cabin. The location is excellent, and the cabin is comfortable and well supplied. Mindy was a great help with our technical difficulties since my husband and I are technologically challenged. My husband enjoyed being within walking distance to a hiking trail, and I loved sitting by the beautiful stream. Since the cabin is in the forest, it was not surprising to have four legged creatures visiting inside. Overall the cabin and Mindy provided everything we needed for a very pleasant getaway.

Dog hair all over the floor that caused us severe allergies. Large flies all over the windows even after killing them daily. Very small hard couch. Great location in the ski valley.
