Great stay, was super convenient, close to ski lifts, easy to drive to, right on main bus routes. Used the free city transit to ride 5 minutes to downtown Park City for concerts both nights. Underground parking was nice to have. Super clean. Older building but interior updated very nicely, plenty of room for us and our 2 teenage daughters. Doesn't share walls with other units so never heard the neighbors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We spent two nights at the condo. Arrival and check in was straight forward. Off street indoor parking was great. The unit is lovely, spacious, and exceptionally clean!!!
Can walk to downtown Park City. We skied Deer Valley and it was a quick 10 minute drive. Unit has plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Everything is newly updated and decorated very nicely. Loved our stay, would definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed with the condo and process. Check in was easy via email and the condo was ready for us on time. The decor was upscale and comfortable and the level of cleanliness was superb! I have traveled and stayed in many VRBO and Air BNB and this condo surpassed all expectations. They thought of everything- extra towels, extra linens and pillows, hair dryer, and tv's in every room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and cooking pans and pots. Refrigerator and appliance were new and super clean. They even had paper towels, dish soap, trash bags and dishwasher soap stocked as well as hand soap. Loved parking in garage and having a ski locker to store skis and poles. We walked to the main lifts every morning and we were a short 3 minute drive from Main Street. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this condo! Evolve was so easy to work with too!

This place is great and has everything you need to have a great vacation. It takes about 7-10 minutes to walk to the base of the mountain. It takes around 15 minutes to get to town if you are walking. The bus line is right outside of the house.
The bedrooms are very nice and have ample blankets. It gets a little cold downstairs but the bedding is perfect and makes it a great sleeping experience. Plenty of closet space. Nice bathrooms.
The pull out bed is really nice and many people will find it better than their normal bed. The fireplace is just what you need and provides a ton of warmth upstairs.
Coffee grinder, filters, and coffee machine work well.
No complaints - highly recommended.
Also - Kevin goes out of his way to make sure everything works well for you. He accommodated all of our requests about timing arrival and departure.
