The home was just as described. The home was well stocked and clean. The pool heat was perfect temp. A lot of home offer heat but keep it barely tolerable. They had the heat warm and perfect. We had a few communications with the owners and they were great. Response time was within 15 min.
I would recommend this home and owner.

Formosa Gardens is a lovely location, close to absolutely everything you need! Yet, it is a quiet, relaxing and well-maintained development. Our family enjoyed a few days in this home soaking up the sun during the day by the pool and enjoying theme park time in the cooler evenings. Property management/owners were kind with addressing any questions and feedback. We've rented (different homes) in this development several times and always enjoyed it. The homes are starting to age a little bit so usual upkeep and eventual modernizations/renovations are due. We are actually excited to see the renovations they have planned!! This home has plenty of room for extended families, a large pool deck, and lots of chairs and loungers. It has a wonderful (comforting) security camera system and it's very nice to be able to see the cameras on a TV screen inside the home. Overall - it's such a great home/layout/pool. Maybe we will have the opportunity to stay again one day!

The house was big and spacious and it is located very closed to everything. Great location. The pool was big and water was warm. We have some inconvenience with the ice maker but the manager were quit to fixed it. They were really on top of our need s and we have a great communication. Overall we have a great time.
