Nice home a short walk to the gondola at Winter Park.

We've stayed at many units I've the years, on and off the resort property. This is the best value I've found in the Winter Park area. The home had plenty of space for everyone and was well kept and well stocked. The private hot tub and short walk, up the hill to the slopes, were the deciding factors for us. The property manager went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. We were very impressed and will be booking with Evolve again soon!

We had an excellent stay. The house is conveniently located at the base of Winter Park with a bus service that runs to the mountain. While it's close enough to walk, the uphill climb can be tough with ski gear. The layout was ideal for our group, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and two more bedrooms with two bathrooms on the main level, which also features the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The hot tub was perfect for recovery after a long day of skiing.

Great location and a nice layout. Kitchen had all we needed. It was great to hang in the hot tub and watch the skiers. Unfortunately the space was visibly not clean (very dirty floors, trash left out). I reached out to Evolve to resolve. They offered for the cleaner to return but it was a holiday (Thanksgiving) and we just cleaned it ourselves. So the space is great, but the communication between the property management and the cleaners is clearly not well done. It didn’t ruin our holiday, but it was disappointing.
