It was Ok, comfortable and temp control. Good location for public transportation downtown and ride access. Comfortable- basic needs met. Nice full kitchen. Ease of access: Garbage/recycling and compost. Cozy blankets and throws. Lean full fridge. Good dish washer. Easy kettle replacement. Tap water quality is good.

Located close to downtown so we didn't have to drive far to reach it, but still away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Parking was easy for us, always found street parking in front, but I can see how it may be hard as many of the complexes did not seem to have their own private parking area. Road in front of house is very narrow as seems to be the case for most streets in this area. I did not read or overlooked where the house was on four separate floors. That's a lot of stairs to climb, especially after hiking for a week in the mountains close by. First floor has one bedroom and bath, second floor consists of living and kitchen, third has master and room with pull out couch and if you want to enjoy the magnificent view from the rooftop, you have to climb to the fourth floor. It is amazing at sunset so make your way up there at some point, but staying at this house will give you your workout of the day. Well stocked kitchen with spices/oil, many utensils, appliances, plates and bowls. The sofas are useable, but if they were in my house, I would replace them as they are a bit lumpy and used. All the toilet seat lids also need to be changed or given a very good scrubbing. I loved the many balcony doors that I could leave open and have the fresh air in the morning. Unit only has an AC unit in the living room and master bedroom so when we arrived, it was very warm even though both units were on when we entered. The first night was a bit of a warm night, but the others were fine.

I gave this property 2 stars in an effort to stay positive as I understand this is someone’s business. I hope they use this information to make changes.
Positive
-great location and very well laid out home (I didn’t understand why they don’t just put a real bed in the upstairs 3rd “bedroom”)
-they let us check in early
Negative
-the house was dirty (sofas had stains, toilet lid in the primary and half bath was stained, shower in primary had mold, bed spread in primary had blood on it)
-the house was VERY hot, the “window units” did not blow cold enough air to keep the upstairs cool
-the window shades were broken so the sun blasted in through the primary bedroom windows making that room unbearable (I almost left and booked a hotel the first night)
-handrails were sticky, paint was badly scuffed and stained, holes in the wall all over the home
I travel quite a bit with my family and we rely on VRBO as an enjoyable part of our vacation. This property really let me down in comparison to what I saw in the pictures. We did not look forward to coming “home” at the end of each day.

Located near Smith Cove Terminal for easy access to cruise lines. Fairly close to Pike Public Market and to the Space Needle. Street parking is limited and very narrow.

We stayed as a group of 5 friends. There was plenty of space for all and the house had everything needed. The rooftop patio was a favorite. All the windows provided nice views of the water! Parking was a bit challenging but we did find a space close to door after making a few loops. Uber/Lyft to tourist locations was quick and easy. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

The house is cozy, the main floor is very comfortable with a bright kitchen and comfortable living room area. We enjoyed coming home and relaxing here.
The neighbourhood is very nice, we would have walked around more if we had time.
The downstairs bed is narrow, so better for one person, I found it very comfortable though! Not over bleached with the bedding and sheets like I find at hotels. Loved this part.
Close to downtown but quiet.
There were a few things not clean enough to use, and a few things not working, so we let the managers know and they said they would note that for next time. And gave us a later checkout:)
We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We spent the weekend in town a group of 4 of us and had a blast. Quick ubers to Climate Pledge, Ballard etc. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen including ziploc bags which is so simple, but so helpful. Rooftop deck was fabulous as it was unseasonably warm and we loved the breeze up there. Although if it is warm plan to have the blinds shut, this is east facing and the afternoon/evening sun gets toasty and offers some tremendous views!
