Very clean and very comfortable. Home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of parking for boats and a beautiful view and dock. I would highly recommend this home for any stay.

I don't even know where to start! The property is amazing from top to bottom.
The owner is gracious and inviting, and contacts you prior to check in. The upstairs apartment is clean and impeccably decorated. The FULL kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cups, cutlery, pots, pans - everything you need to make a meal. The rooms are cozy, but well designed for a spacious feeling. The deck just off the kitchen has the most spectacular views at sunrise and sunset - bring your good camera.
Downstairs is an area that can be used for covered parking or muddy equipment storage - plenty of water access to clean your gear. A covered picnic table for open air eating and a little grill just a few feet away. Everything is well maintained and CLEAN.
DID I MENTION the private dock? The mullet can be seen jumping from dawn to dusk.
My family loved every aspect of this property, and we hope to stay here again.

Cedar Key is a special place in Florida. What a great small town with very friendly people!
The rental was just as pictured and was a perfect spot to watch the abundant wildlife, beautiful sunsets and amazing star gazing. We were only there for three days but found everything in the duplex that we needed for a great stay. Thank you for sharing your special beach place with us! ?

From the dock on the gulf coast to the well laid out rooms. This is all you need to have a great time in Cedar Key Florida. It is a hiiden jewel in Florida, and this is the perfect place to stay. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, tv. Also within walking distance to the Tiki Bar and a very short drive to downtown to shops and restaurants. You can see the sunset from the deck and it is gorgeous place.
