This condo was exactly as described. The hosts were outstanding. The neighbors were friendly and the property was within easy walking distance from anything you need in Cedar Key.

Great place. Spacious and clean. Hosts were very responsive to anything we needed. Our kids loved playing on the shallow beach area behind fenimore mill.

Great accommodations! Our was very welcoming and prompt with any responses. The view was fantastic! A bird lovers paradise and we could see dolphins from our balcony! The price was great and having kayaks available sold us. We plan to come back and rent from Mary and Lee again next year if their place is available!! The island and the condo are gems!!

The hot tub was actually being repaired but the host informed us of that in plenty of time to make other arrangements if that was a deal breaker. I appreciated that but it wasn't that important to us.
