The property is ideally situated right next to the city marina and just steps from local seafood restaurants, charming shops, art galleries, and the island grocery store. Guests are welcome to use the park-style charcoal grills located at the end of the complex; simply bring along your own charcoal, lighter fluid, grill brush, and cooking utensils.
Please note that while there is no boat parking available on site, public boat parking is conveniently located just one block east or two blocks north behind the museum. This is a great property. Really enjoyed the balcony looking out at the Gulf of Mexico and being within walking distance of the bars and restaurants. Well worth the stay and will definitely be back.

Was an awesome place to stay. Never been on the 19th floor of a building and the view was so great. The apartment was very soundproof when the doors were closed. Walking distance to just about everything. Very nice having 2 en suites even though we didn't use the 2nd one. Would easily work for 2 couples.

Property a bit tired. Needs to be updated. Broken tiles, limited space in bedroom, and overall old property.
