We had a lovely family vacation in Brigantine!! We love staying on the South end of the island, it is quiet and the beaches are never crowded!
This home had plenty of room for sleeping. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our dog.
I read reviews so hope this information helps future renters.
The bed in the master bedroom was very firm. My husband and I had a tough time with it. But it is nice the master is on the third floor so we could be away from our older children.
The kitchen had everything we needed.
The grill is very basic- we didn’t end up using it due to being out of propane. I could have called the owner but I didn’t. It wasn’t that big of a deal for us.
The owner was responsive to email.
The furniture in the house seemed new.
While it has a beach entry at the end of the street- you actually go on to the beach one block over on Ross.
It is a long walk to the water! We are used to it as we have been staying on the south end for years- but good for renters to understand!

This home was perfect for our group of 5; a retired couple with a small dog and a mature couple with a teenager. Before we even arrived to the location both Ana (the owner) & Evolve (the property management company) were communicative and easy to work with.
Every bedroom has a TV, linens, a big closet and an alarm clock (which is often overlooked at vacation rentals). The beds were comfortable, there is a bathroom on each floor, the kitchen is well appointed and there is a roomy dinning area. But we didn't have many of our meals there because the 3 balconies were perfect for al fresco dinning. The gas grill was clean and ready to use.
The neighborhood is quiet and filled with friendly people who gave us wonderful suggestions to make the most of our vacation. A 4x4 beach is nearby as well as several entrances to the north beach. The town is bicycle friendly and Ana's home is a short drive or bike ride to additional
beaches, shopping, places to grab a bite to eat, mini-golf, an Acme that is conveniently open until midnight and a 24 hour Wawa.
This property has 3 levels so there are stairs to deal with, even though I am no spring chicken they were never an issue.
We look forward to making future memories at Ana's lovely home!
