The first floor of this house is only 1/2 block from Brigantine beach. After a day at the beach, relax on the front porch or secluded, shaded back yard.
*During summer months (May-Sept), 4 Beach tags provided (children under 4 do not need beach tags). Free Senior tags available at Community Center with ID
*Within walking distance to market, gas station, drug store, shops, restaurants, community center, sandwich/ice cream shops.

~ Bath towels and wash cloths
~1 & 1/2 baths with toilet paper, tissue, bath soap, liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner
~High Efficiency washer & dryer.
~First Aid Kit. Fire Extinguisher.

The property was close to the beach, walking distance to shops and food and had great indoor and outdoor spaces. We loved the backyard in the evenings - so shady and cool. The kitchen and living room are smallish - but still had everything we needed and could be arranged for eating or watching tv, games, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and yet, icecream was right down the street. Will stay again.

Although a small apartment, it was accommodating for 4 adults and 2 children. With a galley kitchen, small room for dining and gathering area, there is a shower bath & powder room/laundry area. The location is great with 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Lots of amenities for a comfortable stay.
