-Please note: You will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to 2nd floor

Atlantic City is nestled along the coast of New Jersey. This seaside suburban town is known for its scenic oceanside beach as well as its wide selection of entertainment options and casinos similar to Las Vegas.
Boasting a fun-filled boardwalk and a host of local retailers, restaurants, and attractions, Atlantic City makes for a great weekend getaway as well as a place for homebuyers to find a home.
Our home is right next to the Waterfront Park with a playground! Take a morning stroll with your family and enjoy the beautiful view.
We are also steps away from the boardwalk/ beach.
-There is plenty of free street parking at any time! You will not need it as we are steps away from the boardwalk/beach.
-You can also take the Jitney which stops about 1 block 1/2 on Melrose Ave. The Jitney will take you to the casinos and outlet shopping center.
-Uber/Lyfts are also very easily accesible
Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site
TRASH
Trash day is Monday. If you are staying overnight on Sunday, please be so kind to take the trash bins out in the backyard to the curb Sunday night. We would really appreciate it! =)

There are 2 Smart Tv`s in the home. There is NO cable. We have Amazon prime and Netflix.
STAIRS
Please note that you will have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the 2nd room, and 3 flights of stairs to get to the third floor.

The following summer amenities will be available and put out for guest for summer season only. If items are damaged, lost or not returned you will be charged the following fee. Our inspector & cleaners will check at every checkout.

A group of six of us stayed for a long weekend. The property was clean, spacious, and nicely accommodated. The third floor has a gorgeous view of the water. It was a perfect place for happy hour. The location is just a quick car ride to the casinos. I highly recommend staying here!

We chose this property due to it's proximity to the boardwalk and couldn't have picked a better location. House is just feet from the north end of the boardwalk. Went for early walks without having to drive anywhere. The house had plenty of room for all members of the family. It was very clean and well kept. The observation tower was great to get a view of the bay and the surrounding neighbor hood. Our host stayed in contact with us to make sure we were good with everything. Host gave us opportunities to extend our stay at a discount, we were just sorry that we couldn't take advantage at the time. Definitely will consider on a return trip.
