Come spend the summer in this immaculately maintained 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath 1,338 sq ft WATERFRONT home with views of the St. George's thoroughfare and the AC skyline. Upside down living in a prime location with breathtaking sunset views from your private large decks off the open BRAND NEW AS OF 2021 kitchen, spacious dining room upstairs and the master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms downstairs. Short walk to the cove/drive on beach. Minutes from the Brigantine beach and Laguna Beach Bar and Grill. Atlantic city and all it's nightlife/entertainment/shopping is just minutes away or walk to the only 24hr bar around, St. George's Pub on the island. Bring your kayak/paddle board or jet ski and you can launch just steps away from the front door to cruise around the open bay while the family sits on the deck watching you.
Beautifully maintained hardwood floors throughout upstairs and Tile floor downstairs. Utilities included. Central air, Ceiling fans in all rooms, TVs in the master and 2nd bedroom. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator. Motorized awning off upstairs deck to keep you cool while outside. We used this tranquil, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped home as our base for a bird photography trip to Ocean and Cape May Counties in April. For people who often spend hours peering off into the marsh to find, identify, and make pictures of birds, it was wonderful to enjoy the marsh and birds from the decks of the house. Jackie is an accommodating, helpful, and pleasant host! She made our stay easy.

My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at this location. We've been coming to Brigantine for the past 35 years, and we had a great time. The upper and lower decks have great views of the bay/ocean. And we loved the layout, how the kitchen flows into the living room (making for a large living area). We will stay here again.

We had a fantastic week in this fabulous townhouse! It was our first time staying on the Southend & it won’t be our last. The views from the spacious deck were so enjoyable. Water views, AC skyline & breathtaking sunsets every day! The townhouse was newly renovated & very clean. We loved the reversed layout. It makes so much sense to have the living areas upstairs to take advantage of the spectacular views. This place had everything from a loaded kitchen to baby items. Jackie was quick to answer when we had questions & was very sweet. We enjoyed every minute of our stay & are definitely renting this gem again!
