About this house rental
ALL GROUP RENTALS MUST BE AGE 25 AND OLDER except for family vacation rentals. There is no minimum age for family rentals.
Beautiful beach block shore house! Just 4 houses to brigantine's beautiful beaches! A perfect vacation spot for the whole family. Loaded with most everything you would need for a great vacation. Multiple decks with ocean views. Great reviews and repeat vacationers. Sleeps up to 12. Come stay with us and make lasting family memories!
Our 3 story town home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Key features include a spacious open layout, fully equipped kitchen, TVs in all 2nd floor bedrooms, elevator, linens, bath towels, beach tags, gas grill and free WiFi that provides everything you will need for a quiet and enjoyable family vacation.
The first floor has two bedrooms. One has two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with the other which has a trundle bed (twin and a pullout twin underneath). A washer and dryer is located in a utility room just as you enter the house. Access to the back deck and a fully enclosed yard and outdoor shower is available through one of the bedrooms.
The second floor contains three bedroom/bathroom suites for privacy and comfort. The two back bedrooms contains a flatscreenTV along with a queen bed and beautiful walk in tiled showers. The front master bedroom contains a king bed along with an additional twin bed and opens up to a large patio deck with ocean views.
The third floor is the main living area with an awesome ocean view from the deck. It is equipped with a fabulous fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous cabinets, granite counter tops, an island bar with stools to seat 3, a kitchen table with chairs to seat 6 along with a wet bar with a wine refrigerator. Look out the kitchen window and see views of the Atlantic City casinos. The great room is fill with multiple couches and a 55" plasma TV with a DVD for your viewing pleasure. Step out onto the front deck and enjoy a meal with family and friends while looking at ocean views!

Since we were in Brigantine over a rainy Memorial Weekend we spent a lot of time in the house, which was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a rainy holiday weekend at the beach. We could watch the crashing waves from the top floor living room. The kitchen was the most well appointed we have stayed in—we had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We were close enough to Atlantic City to enjoy dinners out. With the beach a block away it would be even better later in the summer. The host was easy to get ahold of and supplied us with the information we needed for a fabulous stay. The house not only has a great location but is comfortable if you’re stuck inside on a rainy day.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Brigantine beach house! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the perfect spot. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering the ultimate relaxing vibe you want for a beach vacation.The location couldn't have been better—just a quick, easy trip to the beach, which made hauling gear and spending long, sun-drenched days by the ocean completely effortless. It’s also close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away enough to feel like a true peaceful retreat.The hosts thought of everything to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Whether we were relaxing on the deck or unwinding after a day in the sand, the house truly felt like a home away from home.If you are looking for a flawless, relaxing Brigantine beach vacation, look no further. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and are already counting down the days until we can come back!

Our stay here was awesome, despite the iffy weather. This home is very clean, layout provides easy community, has everything you need plus some, kitchen is fully stocked with essential items you need for cooking, thoughtful touches throughout and we loved, and needed, the elevator. Highly recommend!
