My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage for a bachelorette weekend getaway, and it was absolutely fantastic! Located in the picturesque Hot Springs, Arkansas, this cozy retreat provided the ideal setting for our celebration.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious layout allowed for plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy each other's company.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic hot springs nearby, which provided the perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. It was truly a magical experience to soak in the soothing waters surrounded by the beauty of nature.
I also want to extend a special thank you to Darlene, the host, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. When we encountered a bit of trouble with the door (user error, oops!), Darlene was quick to assist us and ensure that we were able to get back to enjoying our weekend without any further inconvenience.
Overall, our experience at this cottage exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the wonderful hospitality of Darlene and the perfect location in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in a beautiful setting.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house has great access to Historic Hot Springs and the surrounding area. Everything worked well and the kitchen was better stocked than mine at home. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of hot water to go around.
It rained the majority of the time we were there, so only got coffee in the back yard one day, but it's a great spot. My other favorite is the dining room, it's like sitting in a tree house! And of course there is Scotch the Cat, a lovely perk to any short-term rental, as far as I'm concerned.
The property manager is right there and quickly responded to any questions I had. I wish I could have just put an offer down on the house and stayed, but then you folks wouldn't be able to enjoy this lovely property like we did!

No complaints. Beautiful home and attentive property manager named Barbara. Confidently located in a cute neighborhood.
My issue is with evolve policy to charge damage protection fee and even if we don’t damage anything not refunding this. This was my first experience with this policy and in the future I will be sure not to rent from companies that do this.

Our stay at Grand Cottage was simply GRAND in every way! The house was immaculately clean and spacious with lots of natural light. It was a wonderful escape for the weekend and very relaxing.... we enjoyed lots of coffee, books & naps at the Grand Cottage. The host thought of every amenity we would need. We would definitely love to stay here again soon!!
