Great location within walking distance to hikes in Hot Springs National Park. The house is old and cool with many artistic touches. The host (never physically present) was very communicative and left a nice welcome basket.
My biggest complaint is that one bedroom (the king but not the master) had a faint smell of cat ammonia. It was faint, but my nose is very strong and it bothered me consistently. If I owned the house, I would grind down and re-finish the effected part of the floor and replace the effected drywall/plaster. The floors were squeaky, the kitchen sink needs an aerator, and the main bath is still under renovation (fully functional but towel racks are missing and painting is incomplete). All in all, not the worst detractors, but if those issues were fixed it would be 10/10.

The house was really cute. The kitchen was well-stocked. The bathroom had all of the necessities. The bedrooms were well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The air-conditioner cooled the entire house. There were comfortable areas to eat or play games. It also had a nice seating area outside. The parking was easy.

This was an excellent ideal place to stay for a family. It had a fenced yard. Decent area. Close to where we wanted to be. The house was very clean and nicely decorated.
My husband and I were not crazy about the streaming style TV setup. One bathroom made it difficult. Bathroom needs some updating.
