My wife and I had a great stay at this property. The location was close to restaurants, coffee shops, night life, and close to freeway access. The property was very clean and perfect for a couples getaway trip. Parking was occasionally a struggle to find when the neighborhood was busier at night but we managed to be within a block or two of the studio each day after returning from exploring the area. The community appears to be growing with fresh businesses and draws a good crowd in the evening especially on the weekends. This was not a problem at all for sleeping since the property is tucked back a block or so from the main routes of travel to all the restaurants and bars. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future when we visit Denver again.

Everything was great except for a few minor issues.
- No toilet paper, paper towels, or even tissues
- Thermostat had a schedule set so temperature would bounce around throughout the day. Luckily I am familiar with Nest to remove the schedule.
- It would be nice to include some laundry detergent so that guests do not have to purchase. (Very minor)
