The quietness and cozy vibes.
It did seem ghetto in some parts of the neighborhood but it was good apart from that.

This is absolutely excellent place to stay! Great proximity to Ball Arena, Sports Field and other venues. Very quiet, private and safe. The bed is more than comfortable and accommodations are just excellent.

Location. Comfy main bed.
Wasp nests under trailer outside, under the outdoor sofa, and in the grill. No propane for the grill. Warm. Found towel stuffed vent in living area. Vents closed in bedroom. Hot at night but by the time we could have told someone it was middle of night. Odd that ac was on during day when no one home and off at night. Dogs as precious. You can hear them above you with their toenails. They also howl when host is leaving and before she comes back. Woke us up but it's actually very sweet. I have ideas for a better layout of a few things. But over all it was good for us.
