I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re coming to Denver and want to experience the cutest neighborhoods, hands down best restaurants, shops, and scenery, all while staying at a great location with wonderful owners- this is the place. I’ve done some traveling to different states and stayed in hotels, air bnbs, you name it. But this place is the top of my list out of it all. It was in an AMAZING location, and the entire place was SO cute and offered so much privacy in the city. The amenities were top tier. Came with a closet full of games, books to read, a kitchen stocked full of dishes, coffee, tea, water, etc. The bathroom had top tier brand new shampoo, conditioner, body wash. And don’t even get me started on how comfortable the bed was. They had a notebook filled with ALL the information you’d need to stay at the property, and explore the LoHi neighborhoods for the first time. Their food recommendations were on point. When we struggled with car troubles, they were so kind and communicative when we asked for an early check in and a late check out- and this literally SAVED us. Absolutely beyond happy with this place and the people who manage it. I will absolutely choose to stay here again when I come to Denver next.

Christy and her husband were friendly and accommodating. They take good care of their property and it shows. It was so nice to have space to relax in as opposed to a hotel room. It’s in a great location, only a short drive or walk to everywhere we wanted to go and it was easy to locate a ride share to the concert we attended while in town. Finding parking can be a challenge but Christy offered advice on where to look and it was not a far walk anywhere we parked. Definitely recommend and we’d absolutely stay here again.

Christy's guest apartment is clean and stocked with conveniences and creature comforts. Washing machine and dryer in-unit. No private parking, but free on-street overnight parking in the area was never an issue. Traditional coffee maker, with fresh grounds for guests in the refrigerator (no Keurig woohoo!) Clean and matching sets of dishes, utensils, etc. Great location in a walkable neighborhood chock-full of experiences. Check-in process was simple, and Christy was responsive throughout the process. Check-out involved very minimal clean-up steps for the guest to complete. Whole package was well worth the price of the booking. Thank you Christy!

Overall, this short-term rental was disappointing due to misleading descriptions and inconvenient features.
Misleading Bed Description
* The listing advertises two beds, but only provides one full-size bed and a regular sofa (not a pullout expandable sofa bed). The sofa is only suitable for one person, even when the back cushions are removed. Strictly speaking, this is not a proper bed, and the bedroom features only a full-size bed, making it impossible for four people to sleep comfortably in this apartment. We, the three adults, did not have a comfortable stay due to this bed issue.
Room and Comfort Issues
* If darkness for sleep is essential, be aware: The bedroom and living room have large windows with curtains that do not block streetlights outside. Both rooms remain quite bright all night, making restful sleep difficult.
* Minor improvements needed: More towel hooks in the bathroom and a better shelf in the shower for toiletries.
Property Owner
* The property owner is excellent—very responsive and friendly. She deserves 5 stars for communication and service.
Final Thoughts
* This property would not be my choice for future visits to Denver, especially for groups larger than three, unless the window curtains and bed issues are improved for better sleeping.
