This was our second time visiting this cabin and loved it just as much as the first. It truly gives you a secluded and peaceful time out from normal life, while providing all amenities one could need. Our dogs were so excited when we wound our way up the driveway - I think they actually remembered it from last year. We've already booked another stay next year and are counting down the days. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay.

This was our second time staying at the cabin with our friends, and we will definitely be going back again. The cabin isn't "fancy" or "luxurious," but you have everything you need for a great time away. What it does have is a million dollar view. It's just you, the cabin, and nature within site. And the kitchen is very well stocked with just about any kind of cooking utensil you could possibly need. The owner is very generous in stocking the firewood supply for the beautiful stone fireplace in the cabin and the fire pit outside.
We especially appreciated that our dog could come on the trip with us. We live in a townhome community, and she doesn't get a lot of chance to run and play--just leashed walks. She absolutely loves coming to this cabin as she can run as long as she likes. She would give this place a 10+ for dogs!

It was such a pleasent trip for friends and family in this rustic but very comfy cabin. The porch views of the hills and mountains are so relaxing. The owner Steve is nothing short of awesome and responsive. My Grandson is in love with the place. Can't wait to get back.

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and very secluded with beautiful Mountain View’s. We explored the property and local national forest land while trout fishing and had a great time. Our family will definitely be back next year to visit the local maple syrup shop in McDowell and Franklin WV to continue exploring the local culture.
