With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay - You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended - Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area - Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets - DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property
