The condo itself was decent. The parking was absolutely TERRIBLE. I would not stay at this location again, simply because of the parking situation. We ended up getting a ticket and a warning due to there being no parking at the condo and had to park in a public spot beside the building. Bring a sound machine, because the condo building beside Carolina Shores has a pool right below the master bedroom and you can hear everything. No ceiling fan in the master bedroom, no washer and dryer in the condo, there is a public washer and dryer for the condo building but inconvenient. No golf carts allowed which was inconvenient for us especially since we were back and forth to a friends house all week. The contact for Evolve was very helpful and efficient with his responses.

We loved the place, the view was awesome and we were very comfortable. The parking situation is awful though.

Beautiful little condo, clean, well stocked and great views. Unit is on 4th floor and all the way in the back on the end, so some walking. Bldg supplies valet cart.
Covered spots and elevator helped.
Ocean sounds drown out any street noise and the balcony is perfect for taking it all in.
Convenient location to restaurants, grocery, shopping and towns.
Only watched TV in living room area but it has Hulu Live and plenty of apps. Unfortunately rain kept us in a few days so we were happy to be entertained.
Shower is relaxing as well as the King bed. Closet has plenty of hangers and shelves.
