Location was great, 14-minute walk to Monastiraki Square, and about 7 minutes to the metro Blue line. Also, there was a bakery about 2 blocks away with delicious pastries and sandwiches. The A/C worked great, it was quiet and felt safe. We were also able to arrange to drop our luggage in a locked closet as we had to depart our cruise ship by 8am and check in wasn't until 3pm.

The mattresses were SO hard! It was also difficult to get our luggage up and down the stairs. There was a lift, but the entrance was blocked by what looked like laundry. I inquired about it and they informed me it was a luggage lift, but they did not respond to my request on how to use it.

The room was in a very unique property, less than 10 minutes walking from Thisseio metro station. It was spotless clean and with well functioning air-condition. The mattresses were comfortably firm, which was perfect for us. No noise in the evening, despite the very central location. We will definitely go back.

The location was good and it was cheap.

The check in process was awful - the code for the door did not work as the keypad was broken. We arrived late evening and were stood outside on the street for 45 mins as when we called for help, the staff initially did not believe us, then said someone had locked it from the inside. They ended up getting at least 2 other sets of guests out of bed to let us in. The room itself was ok but the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom had a strange smell.
