The place was absolutely massive! 3 stories with 6 bathrooms!!. Quite area not too far from local shop. Pool was good and the area was well maintained. Fantastic value.
Was possibly in need of a few repairs. Some water leaks and issues with hot water in master bedroom. When we arrived straight from airport there was no drinking water nor any welcome info book of where to buy so was a bit rough to go out in middle of night looking for water for kids not use to Thailand heat. Beach not a good swimming beach during our June stay

prime location to access everything you need, like as a restaurant, super market, beach etc. by taking a shuttle bus driving in Laguna. Also, lovely comfortable house which has a shared swimming pool in 30 seconds on foot. Helpful house owner.
