very spacious and great location. quiet neighborhood and very comfortable
tv didn’t work and the sink in the master bathroom didn’t really drain

Stayed at this place in October 2025. The place is very nice, clean, spacious, very functional, and it has everything needed for a long or short stay. It is actually much nicer then shown on the pictures. There is also a big outdoor area with barbeque facility, badminton court, and a spacious parking area. A 7-11 store is within walking distance. Bang Tao Beach and Boat Avenue, where an international supermarket, and several restaurant and shops can be found, are just a few minutes drive away. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Having been in Phuket many times, and considering the size of the house, the value for money of this place is very good.

If you are going to Phuket, you should definitely consider this accommodation.

- a large area around the house. can play with children
- close proximity to cafes, shops, beach, spa, entertainment
Little traffic noise. Everything else is great. Owner can help fix if you need
