Great flat, great location. Well appointed, would recommend
I don’t think the Sykes website is clear. Parking was one of my criteria and I put it in the search. It wasn’t clear that there was no parking with the property. We did find some about 5 minutes away, which was fine in the end, but wasn’t what we were expecting. More information would have been helpful eg where it is possible to park. Also we were warned the week before about building work on the Monday during the day. But at 8.10am on the Tuesday there were workers on a beeping cherry picker outside our window. And they were they on other days. Not ideal.

Perfect location with 180 degree views and lovely outlook to church at the back. Immaculately clean and solid build. Very comfortable lounge and bedrooms. Great to have two bathrooms.
