Magnifique appartement chalet! Ambiance montagnarde, tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût. Bel emplacement proche d’Annecy et hôtes très accueillant et chaleureux

Une seule petite remarque le canapé qui n’est plus confortable et la literie pas au top non plus mais cela reste un magnifique hébergement je recommande fortement !!!

Это был один из самых неприятных опытов путешествий за всё время. С самого начала хозяин оказался неприветливым и раздражительным. Мы бронировали жильё, которое на фото выглядело как уютное шале с отдельной зоной отдыха и барбекю, но по факту получили часть большого общего дома, где нет ни нормальной зоны отдыха, ни оборудованного места для барбекю. Всё это совершенно не соответствует описанию на сайте. Хозяин постоянно появлялся без предупреждения, когда мы просто готовили еду на улице, и делал замечания в крайне неприятной форме. Было ощущение, что нас контролируют каждую минуту. В квартире тоже было много проблем — сломанный диван, старая мебель, отопление не работало, и в целом было довольно холодно и неуютно. И при этом, когда пришло время выезжать, хозяин устроил настоящий скандал. Он начал кричать, что мы «не помыли пол» и «плохо вымыли посуду», хотя в правилах бронирования нет ни слова о том, что гости должны мыть пол перед выездом. Посуду мы аккуратно сложили в посудомойку, она просто не успела завершить цикл мойки, но хозяин даже не стал слушать объяснений. А дальше — ещё хуже. Он начал нам угрожать, что вызовет полицию, утверждая, будто мы курили в квартире. Это полная неправда — мы курили только на балконе, просто оставили дверь открытой, и запах слегка проник внутрь. Мы были в полном шоке от его поведения — агрессивного, грубого и абсолютно неадекватного. Кроме того, когда мы пытались объясниться на английском, хозяин начал кричать, что мы должны говорить по-французски, и отказался слушать. Такое отношение к туристам просто возмутительно и унизительно. В целом — ужасное место, ужасный хозяин, абсолютно не рекомендую никому. Если вы хотите провести отдых спокойно, без стресса и скандалов, — держитесь подальше от этого жилья. Фото и описание на сайте вводят в заблуждение, отопление не работает, атмосфера — токсичная, а хозяин — человек, которому просто не место в сфере гостеприимства.

Très bel appartement, on a trop aimé le côté cosy en bois, bien équipé, rien à dire Idéal pour 2 adultes, 2 adolescentes et 1 chien Bon emplacement 10-15mns d'Annecy, calme, proche de la nature Merci aux propriétaires pour les infos transmises et les petits cadeaux à notre arrivée.

excellent séjour , à refaire .

pas de petit déjeuner pour nous. L'étage ou se situe le logement est situé assez haut et accessible par un escalier extérieur , visible sur les photos . il a neigé pendant notre séjour : les escaliers ont été sécurisés : déneigés et salés pour éviter les glissades . Sinon logement récent ,très agréable , style chalet , bien chauffé et très bien équipé. (boulangerie , boucherie charcuterie 12 minutes à pieds ) Les propriétaires sympathiques répondant à la moindre question .

Appartement rénové avec goût et très chaleureux, prestations de qualité, les attentions de produits locaux à notre arrivée,l'accueil de nos hôtes, les beaux sites et annecy à proximité.

Il y a des endroits où on aimerait y rester !! Celui-ci en faisait parti. C'est un appartement magnifique avec tout le nécessaire voir même plus, D'une propreté irréprochable. On voit que la location a été décorée avec goût et passion. La vue est magnifique sur les montagnes, Plein de petites attentions de la part des propriétaires pour notre arrivée. Une communication réactive. Je recommande vraiment +++

La situation géographique, le confort et l’aménagement, la vue. Le très bon contact et l’accueil de l’hôte…

Nous avons tout aimé , la chambre à l’étage peut-être difficile d’accès pour des personnes ayant des problèmes de motricité car l’escalier est très raide
