Old and cozy stay!

The house is 137years old all made of wood but it’s nicely renewed with wood. It’s cozy and beautiful. You can use the shared kitchen and have everything you need.

Although you have private toilet it’s downstairs (while your room is upstairs) and the wood of the stairs is quite noisy. It’s not a big deal but some people would like to know.

Excellent location in a quiet cosy place!

My friend and I stayed for one night. This place was perfect for our purpose, that was walking the Jakobsweg! Clean, comfy and quiet, we had a very good stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the communication with the owner was easy. Wifi worked very well too!

Disappointing

Very beautiful sorrounding area.

Private bathroom is not ensuite: it’s a designated bathroom downstairs through a shared area. And if you’re allergic to cats, please be aware there’s a cat meandering in and out of the place, and the bed sheets drying outside are part of the cat’s playground—so even if the cat doesn’t go into the room, allergies will still happen. Unfortunately we were denied to have a refund, even though the 2 things were not clear in the advertised website (“no pets allowed” for allergic people mean there shouldn’t be a cat on-site). The property manager, who was really nice at first, was very upset that we tried to solve the issue through booking.com, but never tried to understand as allergic people we could not stay. He has no tact when dealing with customers. The one photo out of 100 where the cat appears, was one of the reasons they denied us refund. We had to cut our family vacation short, and never saw our money back.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit besonderem Ambiente.

Gut gelegenes Quartier, sauberes gut ausgestattetes Bad, große Betten. Schöner Frühstücksraum, alles vorhanden. Das viele Holz macht die Zimmer heimelig.

Leider ist das Bad einen Sock tiefer, wenngleich für jedes Zimmer ein eigenes vorhanden ist. Es gibt keine Nachtkästchenlampen. Das Zimmerlicht ist schwach, was das Lesen sehr schwer macht.

Das ist natürlich ein alter Bauernhof daher sind Bad und Toiletten eine Etage tiefer vollkommen okay aber natürlich muss man nachts über den Flur

Der ganzen Familie hat der Kurzurlaub sehr gefallen, Ruhe und eine schöne Aussicht.

Für einen Familienaufenthalt ( 4 Schlafzimmer) ist das Haus sehr geeignet, da man das Haus ganz für sich allein hat. Mit fremden Gästen muss man sich dann bei der Küchenbenutzung absprechen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche im Erdgeschoß.

Es gibt leider kein WC im 1. Stock. Das ist aber aufgrund des Alters des Hauses (1904) wahrscheinlich nicht möglich.

Eine schöne, urige Unterkunft mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Es war ein uriges altes Bauernhaus, das liebevoll herrgerichtet und modernisiert worden war. Es gab einige Tiere an der Unterkunft, was zu der urigen Atmosphäre beigetragen hat (Katzen, Gänse, Enten und Wachteln). Es ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und die Gemeinschaftsküche war geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben.

Wurden noch nie so schlecht von einem Gastgeber behandelt.

Extrem unfreundliche Eigentümerin, wurden von Ihr wegen einer vorher abgestimmten Kleinigkeit vor unserer kleinen Tochter und anderen Gästen verbal attackiert und angeschrien. Fühlten uns dort nicht mehr sicher. Desweiteren unzählige Katzen im Haus, nicht für Allergiker geeignet.

Zeer ongastvrije ontvangst

Het vakantiegevoel werd steeds beter toen we er bijna waren. Echter, dit gevoel was accuut weg toen we door de huiseigenaresse de deur uit gezet en geschreeuwd werden. Kennelijk waren we te vroeg met inchecken (16.15) ondanks dat de tijd door booking.com bevestigd was (tussen 16 en 17). Gedesillusioneerd vertrokken we om om 17.30 terug te komen. Hopende dat onze nare kennismaking een incident was, werd het nog veel erger. Ik zal u de details besparen, maar het was een hysterische schreeuwpartij. Het was echt heel erg vreselijk. Zelden ben ik zo slecht behandeld. Ik wilde niks liever dan elders verblijven. Na contact met booking.com hebben we, voornamelijk uit kostenoverwegingen, besloten te blijven. Uiteindelijk hebben we het beste ervan gemaakt. Gelukkig hebben we de eigenaresse niet meer gezien. Door onze vervelende ervaringen, begrijpen we de hoge beoordeling niet.

Dům je velmi starý, uvnitř po rekonstrukci, koupelny jsou moc hezké, čistota perfektní, ale místi na osušky nejsou v kou

Milý hostitel, skvělé místo na dojezd do lyžařského areálu Fieberbrunn

- Koupelna je sice pro každý pokoj vlastni, ale je na jiném patře. - 3 lůžkový pokoj má málo úložných prostor- takže třeba mokré oblečení po lyžování je problém, - u postelí není osvětlení, takže se nedá číst, musí se svítit stropním světlem, - dům obývají 2 kočky, které mají volný přístup do kuchyně (na přáni majitele je třeba nechávat otevřené dveře), při jídle jsou schopné skoro vlézt do talíře - při plném obsazení domu by bylo skoro nemožné se střídat ve sdílené kuchyni. - přestože jsou v domě 2 kočky a venku další v domě běhala myš :-)
