Great vacation house at the mountains of Tirol, large garden overlooking the beautiful countryside
The house was at a beautiful location, had a large, green garden, with views to the mountains. Although it was very hot outside, the house was kept cool enough to sleep well during the nights. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were comfortable and decorated nicely. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly and Michael, the man that takes care of the house, was especially attentive and helpful. We highly recommend this house!
The only thing we missed was a comfortable sofa at the living room, but since we were outside for most of the time, it didn't natter much

Excellent, spacious holiday house, great views and walks straight from the quiet garden
Great, quiet and private location with lovely view. So romantic to hear the mountain river next to the house and an excellent walk up and down. Wonderful to have sinks in each sleeping room. Incredible kind and helpful host and owner. Good modern tv and audio set. Ideal garden chairs to lie down and read. Superbly stocked incl. spices and toiletries. Bonus: sample fresh forest fruit from the great garden!
Apart from having been able to stay longer, not much to desire. The dishwasher was welcome but just too small to handle dinner plates. The construction activities on the other side of the road resulted in minimal noise: no continuous machines, no music, yelling. The road was used a bit more than expected but didn’t trouble us at all.

Fantastic place to stay, VERY, VERY nice and helpful owner. The house is clean and cosy :) I totally recomend this place to families and groups of friends - there is much space to spend time together :)
The dishwasher was to small to clean the big plates - only the small ones was fit in.

Absolutely satisfied
Very nice and helpful owner. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean with all necessary needs and a fully equipped kitchen. Downtown and skibus are a five minute walk. House is in a calm place at the edge of the town. We have really enjoyed the stay and will definitelly be back next season.
