About this house rental
Relax on the 1st or 2nd story balconies with 270° lake views! Huge dock with boat lift, tons of shade, comfortable seating and outdoor bar with fridges/ice maker/gas grill/traeger smoker. Amazing spot on open water, minutes from the sunrise beach sand bar. Paddle boat and SUP boards available to enjoy. Sandy bottom around front dock. (WakeSurf boat not included)
The space
The 2nd story features the master bedroom with a king bed and private outdoor balcony with hanging swing and seating area. The master also has a TV, private bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The other upstairs bedroom has two bunk beds with an attached bathroom and a family room with a twin bed with trundle and an oversized sectional couch and TV.
The open floor plan downstairs features the living room (with tv), kitchen with large walk in pantry and 8 seat dining room. Down a short hallway is the laundry room and two large bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a full size bathroom with tub and shower. All bedrooms have dressers and closets.
The floor to ceiling windows surrounding the kitchen, dining and living room open up to an outdoor patio with another dining room table, gas grill and Adirondack chairs for plenty of seating. The downstairs doc features a large covered area with lounge chairs, tables and plenty of seating. This sits alongside an outdoor bar with barstools, 2 fridges, a Traeger grill and a commercial ice machine.
