Just keep an eye out and be cautious during your stay. We want you to stay safe and enjoy your surroundings to the fullest. I do have pest control come out throughout the year. However please understand that the occasional sighting of pests or bugs are still possible. This could include ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles or flies. Closing the door behind you after you enter/exit really helps keep the bugs out!

Definitely a good home close to everything

Good location if you want to stay close but out of town.
The house is partially redone with one bedroom being a queen daybed in a storage area and 2/3 bathrooms being original and in need of deep cleaning and some repair (it looks to be around a 50 year old house). There were floor planks and boxed furniture stored in the downstairs living area during my stay.
The outdoors areas are naturescape.
The kitchen/upstairs living area is lovely and all the tools needed to cook were provided. The upstairs areas have a cute wine theme that a lot of thought was put into. The host was communicative and prompt at fixing the big issue we encountered.

We had a great time in Fredericksburg. The house was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Seeing wildlife while sitting on the porches was fun for the family. Ricky, our host, was communicative and helpful. He checked to make sure everything was good.
