New 2022 build in Serenity at Dune Allen. Walk to Dune Allen Beach (0.3 mi), enjoy the community pool, and cruise 30A in the INCLUDED 6-seater golf cart. Sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms (all ensuite) + bunk loft.

Serenity at Dune Allen is a small, quiet community close to the beach, with a neighborhood pool available to all renters, and easy access to miles of paths for walking and biking. You’re also minutes from Gulf Place and some of our favorite local spots.
Getting around
No car needed. Many shops and restaurants are accessible by golf cart or bike, and the beach is an easy walk.
Other things to note
Hurricane refund: If Santa Rosa Beach is under a mandatory evacuation during your stay, nights impacted will be refunded in full.
Community fines: We must pass along any HOA fines (examples: towels left on the front porch, parking on street/landscaping).
Golf cart: Street-legal, 6-seater. Driver rules will be shared after booking.

We had two families stay with all ages represented. The proximity to the beach was great (even fine without the golf cart but it was a nice perk). Alexa was super responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family vacation with extended family. We could not have asked for a better hostess. The home was absolutely beatiful with everything you could need for a perfect beach vacation.

My family had an amazing stay. The weather was not always great but Alexa's property was so thoughtful that it made for a fun stay...the toys, a variety of teas, FULLY stocked kitchen, board games and much more. One thing that was helpful was the separate thermostats on each floor. We took full advantage of the grill and Barney the golf cart.The home looks just like the pictures! We plan to book again.You will not be disappointed booking this property.

Amazing location, clean and spacious house, fully stocked. I got to mention the super comfortable beds!!! Owner answered all questions! Would definitely stay again.
