We had a fantastic stay. The condo is gorgeous. Finally a kitchen with sharp knives, great appliances and utensils! Big fridge/freezer. A separate drink fridge was clincher. Beautiful beach view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely. The front room with the double queens is pretty warm compared to the rest of the house because of the sun hitting it, even with the shades down- I’ve seen other reviewers mention this- probably the only solution is putting a separate AC unit in that room. There is an overhead fan and a portable fan. The heated pool and baby pool were lovely! There is a double hot tub and at least 8 signs saying no one under 18 allowed it them- and I did see staff enforce this. We rented beach bikes for the week from a random company, and had a blast- HH has great bike paths. Lincoln brewery is about 1-1.5 miles away, a cool spot. We did an 8 mile loop with the older kids to Fish Haul beach park at *low tide* and then back on the beach with the wind- really cool. We brought tennis and pickle gear and there was always an open court (in March). There is a little playground which our kids enjoyed. Vacasa responded immediately when the washing machine wasn’t working and had someone fix it very quickly. We would definitely stay again. I do wish the condo property recycled.

The condo has a beautiful view. It’s updated and very clean. Beds were good. The complex was very family oriented
But-We paid for a three bedroom unit and the third front bedroom did not have AC. When we arrived there was a weird unit connected to the window blowing air(so the agency is aware of AC issue). We left for dinner the second day to return to it being gone, without any communication of this.
I called Jacky the manager and he said he would look into it. Jacky nor anyone ever called me back or tried to contact me. The same rooms toilet then clogged and the sink stopper wouldn’t stay up , so the sink continued to just hold water. I called Vacasa again and sat on hold for an hour without anyone picking up.
I gave up on reaching me.
They should give me a partial refund for false advertising. They claim the unit has central air but one room has none.
