We had an excellent stay at this VRBO! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and it was clear the hosts take pride in providing a welcoming space. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the entire property felt clean and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and check-in was simple. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free getaway!

There was so much about this house that was great! The bathroom to bedroom ratio for a big group was the thing that helped make our decision. The kitchen was well stocked, the pergola in the back yard was a great place to hang out for our family. And ample parking even for a couple of big trucks and 2 smaller SUVs.The hosts were good communicators and helped out with any questions. They even left a nice note for our Baylor grad and some Baylor themed cookies. I may have missed it in the description about the twin beds being built into the closet, but unless you have small children that made the room pretty cramped. Lastly, I give it mid-rating for value as we stayed during an event weekend and paid a high multiple off of the regular rate. I know that is just how this works with vacation rentals, but it is hard not to feel taken advantage of when you see what it rents for on a non-event weekend or just a regular game weekend for that matter. All of this being said, we had a wonderful weekend in Waco!

The best thing was every bedroom had an en-suite and then there was a half bath. Worked beautifully for our group!! Great house.
