Located in the town of Montboucher-sur-Jabron (5 km east of Montélimar), this beautiful contemporary villa awaits you in the heart of a lush park at the Golf de la Valdaine, between the Vaucluse and Ardèche departments.
A single-story villa on an 850 m² lot, featuring 5 main rooms, including a beautiful 30 m² living room on the first floor with a smart TV and 2 large corner sofas for relaxing, the entire living area opens onto a 20-square-meter fully equipped kitchen with a large table; at the end of a hallway, you’ll find two large bedrooms (sleeps 4), a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a large bathtub.

Outside, there is a large 80-square-meter terrace where you can enjoy meals under a pergola shaded by foliage, overlooking the garden with its large, 10-meter-long private pool and a direct view of the golf course’s green and the surrounding landscape. The pool is not suitable for children who cannot swim.
It is located in the southern part of Drôme Provençale, in an enchanting setting with many cultural treasures to discover, between the Ardèche Gorges, Mont Ventoux, and the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône; the village of Dieulefit and the botanical village of Grignan, dominated by the Château de la Marquise de Sévigné, are both 24 km away.
