About this house rental
Pure relaxation in a 160 m² attic space in an old watermill. In the entryway, a fireplace with glass panels for relaxing. A spacious dining table that seats up to six people, with an open-concept kitchen and living area. All rooms are equipped with smart home technology. The bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms feature speakers.
Outside, there’s a small rooftop terrace with two deck chairs, a table, and a Weber charcoal grill.
It’s just a 3-minute walk to the Trave River—ideal for stand-up paddleboarding and other water activities.
It takes about 15–20 minutes to drive to Lübeck’s Old Town. The nearest bus stop is an easy 3-minute walk away.
Every Wednesday, there’s a small weekly market right next to the bus stop.
The small Mühlenbach stream, complete with a waterfall, flows past the historic watermill.
The water comes from Lake Dovensee, right across the way, with hiking trails leading all the way to the Palinger Heide.
