This holiday home with a living area of 120 sqm was completely renovated in 2012, and very high quality.
In addition to a modern home interior with bright open kitchen, a fireplace, three bedrooms, comfortable and chic bathrooms, the house has a small gym and outdoors on a sunny south-west terrace and a large Finnish log cabin sauna.
The plot, about 450 m² is lovingly designed and very well maintained.
Two parking spaces are located in front of the door.
With the bike opens up from here the beauty of nature around the lake Hemmelsdorfer and the entire Bay of Lübeck.

The proximity to the Baltic Sea, to the surrounding cities such as Lübeck, Hamburg and Eutin, the resorts Timmendorfer beach, Travemünde, Grömitz and the sunny island of Fehmarn make the site very interesting.
For golfers, the region is a paradise. You can reach the 18-hole golf courses in Travemünde, Warnsdorf Scharbeutz and in a few minutes.
Enjoy your holiday in Ratekau, fresh fish or smoked from fishing on Lake Hemmelsdorf or the Old Port in Travemünde, bakery below the rate Kauer famous stone church or a ride on the Baltic Sea, with or without navigation license.

Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sauber und hat eine Top Ausstattung, alles mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausherrn lief auch immer schnell und unproblematisch. In der Sauna kann man dann den Tag vollenden. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal bei Ihnen.

Wir fanden unseren Urlaub einfach nur schön und erholsam... Im Haus fehlt es einem an nichts, alles ist vorhanden und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Der Vermieter ist immer hilfsbereit, gibt einem Tipps und ist gut erreichbar bei Fragen.
Der Ort Ratekau ist super zentral zu allen möglichen Zielen die man sich ansehen sollte. Zum Strand sind es knapp 15 min mit dem Auto. Auch die Orte im Umkreis sind alle gut erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen sind Rewe, Aldi, Bäcker etc. in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Muss sind Brötchen von der Bäckerei Köster allerdings nur von Donnerstag bis Sonntag erreichbar. Ebenfalls sind dort die zahlreichen Kuchen und Torten zu empfehlen.
Im Garten lässt es sich super entspannen, es ist sehr ruhig in der Gegend man hat wirklich seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist super modern und sehr sauber. Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für den mega Urlaub. Grüße Familie Loritz

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen eine kurze Führung durchs Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, modern und sehr schön (z.B. Bilder) ausgestattet. Die Küche ist geräumig und die Ausstattung dort auch sehr gut, viele Küchenartikel sind vorhanden. Genügend Gas für den Gasgrill ist auch vorhanden. Es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten draussen zu verweilen und durch die vorhanden Sonnenschirme auch sehr gut auszuhalten. Fahrräder sind auch direkt in der Wohnung. Das kleine Fitnessstudio und die Sauna haben wir nicht getestet, es war etwas zu warm. Dafür aber die eiskalte Aussendusche. Die Parklplätze reichen für 2 Autos. Es ist dort idyllisch und man ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto am Timmendorfer Strand oder 30 Minuten in Grömitz. Lübeck ist auch sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Fußläufig gibt es auch einen Rewe, Aldi und eine Apotheke. Es gibt dort einen sehr leckeren Griechen und ein deutsches Restaurant ein klein wenig ausserhalb, aber vom Haus in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.
