The Space:

Soft desert light spills through the living room as you step onto the private patio, inviting you to unwind after a day of exploring Scottsdale. The sound of water glides from the heated pool, while the gentle hum of central AC keeps the interior comfortably cool. Laughter echoes from the backyard where life‑size dinosaurs and oversized games await, creating a playful backdrop for gatherings. Whether you’re celebrating a bachelorette weekend or simply reconnecting with friends, the home feels designed for shared moments and quiet pauses alike.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms and a dedicated getting‑ready area provide ample space for a group of up to eleven guests. Five beds are spread across the rooms, each dressed with linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Two full baths ensure you can refresh without crowding, and a washer and dryer in the unit add convenience for longer stays.



Indoor living

The open‑plan living area centers around a smart TV and offers plenty of room for everyone to gather. A themed room and life‑size games add a whimsical touch, while central air conditioning and central heating keep the temperature just right. Wifi and an ethernet connection support both relaxation and any work needs that arise.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances—including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics—makes meal preparation easy. A Keurig coffee maker is ready for quick mornings, and the dining table provides space for shared meals before heading out to Old Town Scottsdale.



Outdoor living

Step into the fenced backyard to find a heated pool that’s ready for a dip any day of the year, complete with pool toys for extra fun. Life‑size dinosaurs, ping pong, life‑size Connect 4, and cornhole invite friendly competition. A fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining area create a perfect setting for evening meals, while sun loungers and additional outdoor furniture offer spots to soak up the desert sky. A private patio or balcony gives a quieter corner for relaxation.

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home balances proximity to Scottsdale’s vibrant energy with a calm backdrop. Old Town is just minutes away, along with a variety of restaurants and shops. Free parking on the premises and ample street parking make exploring the area hassle‑free.

Guest Access:

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (1) car may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $40 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.
