Wake up to sunrise views over the ocean and let your vacation mindset settle in. This beautiful 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath, three story home is a dunes walk away from the beach and the bay. This home backs up to 48,000 acres of Brigantine's beautiful bird sanctuary, talk about a peaceful getaway!
Phenomenal reverse living style with Chef’s Kitchen, dining area and Great Room on the third floor. Don’t worry! There’s an elevator! The Third Floor deck boasts 180 degree view of Ocean AND Bay. There is a room with a pack and play off the great room in case your baby needs to nap while you enjoy the view from the top. A baby monitor is also available for your use.
On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a full bathroom and laundry area. The primary bedroom is also located on the second floor with a king size bed, walk-in closet. Enjoy your private balcony and an unforgettable sunrise view that you don’t even need to leave bed to enjoy. Primary bathroom includes a jacuzzi soaker tub, dual sinks, a vanity space to do your makeup and a large walk-in tile shower.
Kids can enjoy a TV and game room on the first floor with an attached balcony including a beanbag chair to chill out in. Additionally there are 2 bedrooms, one with two twin beds and an attached bathroom and another with a queen size bed.
The home is a 6 minute walk to the lifeguarded beaches or an easy stroll to the fishing beaches. Beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas provided! This island truly offers the best of both worlds - for those who want to experience the nightlife, Atlantic City is a mere 10 minutes away which is home to the best casinos, music and comedy show venues, and bars on the east coast. My whole family - 3 children with families (Chicago, Denver, Albany, NY and Naples, FL stayed here for a week over the last 4th of July. Loved the Master bedroom with private Balconi and watched the sunrise and listened to the waves through the open sliding doors since the cool nights and the breeze felt heavenly for me the Florida Mom.
We had a summer home on the bay for 28 yrs.(1992-2020) while living in New Hope, PA and Naples, FL and all enjoyed the family reunion.
