About this house rental
About the Home:
My wife and I designed and built our dream beach house and we hope you and your family find it as relaxing and amazing as we do.
There's room for everyone in this 3 story home including 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two living areas to relax and enjoy a movie in one while the kids unwind in the other.
2nd Floor has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and family room. It also has a large bedroom and full bath. The 2nd floor deck has a table for 8 and room for an extension table for 4 more. Enjoy sunsets from the outside sitting area while you relax after a long day on the beach.
On the 3rd floor you will find the Master and Jr Master suites, each with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. Views of the ocean can be seen from the 2nd and 3rd stories with the most breathtaking view off the Master balcony. There are 3 climate zones for each floor, individually controlled by Nest thermostats, ensuring everyone is at the perfect temperature. You'll find brand new washer/dryers on the 1st floor as well as in the Master Bath for your convenience. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs along with the custom built grilling pad outside. Every bedroom has an LED TV along with both living areas.
The garage is stocked with beach gear including a beach cart, 8 Beach chairs, boogie boards and a pump for inflatables. Also there are 4 Beach cruiser bikes.
** Please note linens and towels are NOT included. There is a linen service we recommend which is outlined in the house handbook. The handbook will be sent to you once booking is confirmed.
The Location:
The house is 600 feet from what we consider the best beach on the island. You'll have all the privacy you need, yet still be a short walk to the Laguna Beach Bar where you can eat, drink and watch live music. Being in the A Zone, you'll have alley access in the back to park up to 4 cars, however there is plenty of street parking in front if you need it for guests. You're perfectly in between both 'towns' of Brigantine so you can walk or bike to any of the restaurants or shops. For those with young children, you're going to LOVE the highly popular Shark Park, which is just one block over. There are fields and a gigantic jungle gym to enjoy when a break from the beach is needed.
You're about a 5 minute Uber ride to the AC casinos, Gardner's Basin and a quick drive to a number of world class golf courses.
Cool Features:
- Elevators are awesome, but having one that opens up directly to the garage takes it to another level. Just back the car in, throw your luggage into the elevator and take it to your floor. This is ideal for older guests and handicap as well.
- The house is connected with Alexa and a Sonos System with speakers throughout the 2nd floor and deck. You can plug in your phone, ipod or simply ask Alexa to play your favorite music. (We'll leave instructions!)
- There’s nothing worse than coming back from the beach, having everyone hop in the shower at the same time and run out of hot water. With a tankless water heater you’ll ALL be able to enjoy hot showers 🚿 👌🏻

The house is beautiful and has plenty of chairs for a large group. The wagon came in handy for beach transport and the bikes were a nice addition. Having an elevator open to the garage made move in and out simple. Will rent again in the future.

We are Brigantine veterans who have been vacationing almost yearly for the past 30 years on the island. By far, this is the very best home we have rented…..from amenities to home design to furnishings to comfort to location-location-location!!

We were delighted to stay in this beautiful property in Brigantine. We rented it for a mini family reunion and it was perfect. The property is a short block from the beach, was impeccably clean, had plenty of common area space, bedrooms and bathrooms and lovely decorations. The owner is really on top of things and provides wonderful amenities like loaner beach tags, beach chairs, outdoor grill, bicycles, etc. to make your stay all the more convenient and enjoyable. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We totally enjoyed our week at this house. The property manager quickly responded any time we texted or emailed him. He was so helpful in every way! He even emailed us, in advance, a nice booklet explaining everything we needed to know about the property. An informational binder was ready for us when we arrived and some supplies there in case we ran out. We did make use of a couple of items, but then left some other supplies to make up for it. They also had bikes, beach chairs, and great wheels to carry things to the beach. The child protective gates for the stairways helped us to relax knowing the toddlers were safe. The house was absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect! The children enjoyed the Shark park that was close by. Also, the beach was a nice quiet section, and the restaurants and stores were all in walking distance. This is our 4th year renting since our shore house was sold. We all agreed that this was definitely the cleanest, nicest house yet!! We would definitely consider renting this again in the future!Thank you!
